Our church is blessed with dedicated and compassionate leadership that is committed to serving God and His people. Under the faithful guidance of Pastor Cedric Jones Sr. and First Lady Pancy J. Jones, our leaders model love, humility, and a heart for growth, creating an environment where everyone is encouraged to learn, serve, and grow spiritually. Their vision and commitment help guide our church forward as we strive to be all that God has called us to be.
Meet Our First Lady
First Lady Pancy J. Jones serves New Life Tabernacle Church of God in Christ with grace, wisdom, and compassion. As a devoted wife, mother, nurse, and advocate, she brings a unique and impactful approach to ministry that ministers to both the spirit and the whole person.
Her professional background, combined with her nurturing heart, allows her to minister with understanding, empathy, and practical support to individuals and families from all walks of life.
Her roles as a mother, wife, and nurse allow her to do ministry differently—meeting people where they are, listening with compassion, and encouraging healing, growth, and wholeness through Christ.
First Lady Jones embodies the love described in Scripture:
“Charity suffereth long, and is kind… beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things” (1 Corinthians 13:4–7, KJV).
Meet Our Music Dept. Head
Deaconess Missionary Michelle Johnson serves as the Music Department Head at New Life Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, faithfully using her God-given gifts to lead God’s people into worship through music and the arts.
Michelle’s ministry began at a young age as she sat under the anointed musical guidance of Mother Robbie Moore. Even as a baby, she was immersed in the sounds of worship, often playing the piano during church services. It was there that she began to learn, grow, and hone the gift of music that God placed within her—sparking a lifelong love for both music and the arts.
Throughout her life, Deaconess Johnson has continued to develop this gift by learning to play multiple instruments, writing original music, and scoring arrangements so that the church band can effectively play and minister to God’s people.
In addition to her musical ministry, Deaconess Johnson also uses her creative talents to serve the church by crafting and creating 3-D banners, leading the liturgical team, and directing the choirs. Through every role, she seeks to glorify God and enhance the worship experience.
Her heart for worship is rooted in the Word:
“Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord” (Psalm 150:6, KJV).
